BioHi, this is a little chica who feels that it's important to begin chronicling her weight loss journey. I am writing in this journal for me and for anyone who stumbles along and would like to encourage me or feel encouraged themselves. I hope to probe deeper into the ideas and issues that weight problems bring. Also I think the most important aspect will be how I deal with my body image and the idea of body image.
